Official transcripts are ordered through Parchment
Sending your credits where they need to go
Once you complete a course, your transcript can be sent directly to your college, your department, or any other party you choose. Transcripts are issued through Parchment, which delivers to any physical or email address.
Order as soon as your coursework is complete and your receiving institution has a deadline in view. Processing is quick, but transfer evaluation on the receiving end is not, so give yourself room.
Transcripts are cumulative records. You do not need a new transcript after every exam. Most students send one transcript after several courses, or a single transcript at the end of their coursework.
Step by step
How to order
1. Create your Parchment account
Use the order link to reach the Blue Line Degree portal on Parchment and register. Enter your name exactly as it appears on your student record so your transcript can be matched.
2. Choose where it goes
Search for your college or university, or enter a physical or email address for any other recipient. You can send to more than one destination in a single order.
3. Submit and track
Confirm the order and Parchment will email you when the transcript is delivered. Keep the confirmation until the receiving school posts your credit.
Unofficial copies
If you just need a copy for your own records or to show a supervisor, email registrar@bluelinedegree.com and we will send an unofficial, unsigned transcript.
Official transcripts cannot be issued by email. Anything a college, department, or licensing body will act on has to come through Parchment.
